Bradberry and Greaves emotional intelligence questionnaire was used to measure emotional intelligence and Ottawa Mental States Assessment Tool (OMSAT 3) to measure mental skills. Also, the questionnaires used in Iran were reliable and valid. The program of emotional intelligence skill training to teenager athletes lasted 10 sessions. Data were analyzed using consistency of variances, Kolmogorov Smirnov test and independent t test (the mean comparisons of the two groups based on the difference of scores between pretest and posttest) at P<0.05. Results showed a significant difference between posttest means in the two groups in four components of emotional intelligence (self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management) and mental skills (P˂0.05). Thus, it seems that the training of emotional intelligence skills is one of the important parts of mental preparation that is necessary to achieve optimum athletic performance.  }, keywords = {Emotional intelligence,Self-awareness,Self-management,social awareness,relationship management,Mental Skills,Teenager,athlete}, title_fa = {تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر مهارت های روانی نوجوانان ورزشکار}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر آموزش هوش هیجانی بر مهارتهای روانی نوجوانان ورزشکار بود. بهاین منظور 80 دانشآموز (40 دختر و 40 پسر) داوطلب با میانگین سنی 53/0±15 سال به روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب و به دو گروه گواه و آزمایش تقسیم شدند. ابزار اندازهگیری شامل پرسشنامة هوش هیجانی برادبری و گریوز برای سنجش هوش هیجانی و پرسشنامة آمادگی روانی اوتاوا (OMSAT 3) برای سنجش مهارتهای روانی بود. پرسشنامههای مورد استفاده در داخل کشور دارای پایایی و روایی هستند. برنامة آموزش مهارتهای هوش هیجانی به ورزشکاران نوجوان طی 10 جلسه انجام گرفت. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از روشهای آماری مانند همسانی واریانسها، آزمون کلوموگروف اسمیرنوف و آزمون t مستقل (مقایسة میانگینهای دو گروه براساس تفاضل میان نمرههای پیشآزمون از پسآزمون) در سطح معناداری 05/0 P< استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که تفاوت معناداری بین میانگینهای پسآزمون دو گروه در 4 مؤلفة هوش هیجانی (خودآگاهی، خودمدیریتی، آگاهی اجتماعی و مدیریت رابطه) و مهارتهای روانی وجود دارد (05/0 P<). بنابراین بهنظر میرسد آموزش مهارتهای هوش هیجانی یکی از بخشهای مهم آمادگی روانی بهشمار میرود که لازمة‌ دستیابی به اجرای بهینة ورزشی است.  }, keywords_fa = {Emotional intelligence,Self-awareness,Self-management,social awareness,relationship management,Mental Skills,Teenager,athlete}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_35696.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_35696_13ecdafee8cc0601071033c6ab3d44d9.pdf} }
