For this purpose, 45 sedentary male elderly (mean age, 73.15±6.54 years; height, 166.5±3.10 cm; weight, 64.45±4.06 kg; body mass index (BMI), 23.49±1.51 kg/m2) were voluntarily selected and divided into two training groups and one control group with their own desire. The 8-week training program in two-session group consisted of running with intensity of 40-55% of maximum heart rate for 2 sessions a week. Subjects in four-session group used a training program with similar intensity of two-session group for 4 sessions a week. Depression, anxiety, happiness and memory status were measured using the Beck Depression, Beck Anxiety, Oxford Happiness and Wechsler Memory tests. Data were analyzed using paired t test and one-way ANOVA (P<0.05). The results showed a significant improvement in psychological factors and memory in experimental groups compared with the control group (P<0.05). Subjects who had practiced four sessions a week showed more improvement in depression, anxiety, happiness and some memory factors. Generally, both training programs had useful adaptation and increased number of training sessions has more influence in the improvement of psychological factors and memory in the elderly.}, keywords = {Elderly,Memory,physical training,psychological factors,response related to number}, title_fa = {آثار پاسخ وابسته به تعداد جلسات تمرین در هفته بر فاکتورهای روان‌شناختی و حافظۀ سالمندان کم‌تحرک}, abstract_fa = {  هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی آثار تعداد جلسات تمرین در هفته بر عوامل روان‌شناختی و حافظۀ سالمندان کم‌تحرک بود. به این منظور، 45 مرد سالمند کم‌تحرک با میانگین سنی 54/6±15/73 سال، قد 10/3±5/166 سانتی‌متر، وزن 06/4±45/64 کیلوگرم و نمایۀ تودۀ بدنی (BMI) 51/1±49/23 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع داوطلبانه انتخاب شدند و با تمایل خود در دو گروه تمرین و یک گروه کنترل جای گرفتند. برنامۀ تمرینی هشت‌هفته‌ای در گروه دوجلسه‌ای، شامل دویدن با شدت 55-40 درصد حداکثر ضربان قلب به مدت هفته‌ای دو جلسه بود. آزمودنی‌های گروه چهارجلسه‌ای نیز از برنامۀ تمرینی با همان شدت برنامۀ تمرین گروه دوجلسه‌ای؛ هفته‌ای چهار جلسه استفاده کردند. به‌منظور بررسی افسردگی، اضطراب، شادکامی و وضع حافظۀ آزمودنی‌ها از آزمون‌های افسردگی بک، اضطراب بک، شادکامی آکسفورد و حافظۀ وکسلر استفاده شد. برای تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از آزمون آماری تی زوجی و آنالیز واریانس یکطرفه استفاده شد (05/0P<). نتایج مطالعه، بهبود معناداری را در فاکتورهای روان‌شناختی و حافظه در گروه‌های تجربی نسبت به گروه کنترل نشان داد (05/0P<). افرادی که چهار جلسه در هفته تمرین کرده بودند، از نظر فاکتورهای افسردگی، اضطراب، شادکامی و برخی از فاکتورهای حافظه بهبود بیشتری را نشان دادند. به‌طور کلی می‌توان گفت که اجرای هر دو برنامۀ تمرینی، سازگاری مفیدی را در پی داشته است و افزایش تعداد جلسات تمرین در بهبود فاکتورهای روان‌شناختی و حافظۀ سالمندان، تأثیر بیشتری دارد.}, keywords_fa = {پاسخ وابسته به تعداد,تمرین ورزشی,حافظه,سالمندان,فاکتورهای روان‌شناختی}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_61035.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_61035_8300480323a7b330e6147ed491dcc4c3.pdf} }
