Based on the questionnaires related to the variables under study, 50 female students of Semnan University (age range 19-25 years) were selected as the sample and divided into 5 groups: perfect sleep, sleep deprivation, perfect sleep and retroactive interference, sleep deprivation and retroactive intervention and training with rest interval less than 1 hour. A tennis simulated game (with rules and scoring similar to a real game) was performed to measure offline learning. One-way ANOVA and ANOVA with repeated measures were used for inferential statistics at a significance level (P≤0.05). The results showed that the differences in offline learning (Sig=0.001) and retention scores (Sig=0.001) were significant among the research groups. In those groups with sufficient rest intervals between each two sessions and full rest, the level of their performance was higher in the next day than the previous day. Opposite effects were observed with sleep deprivation and retroactive interference. Therefore, those who are learning a skill should pay attention to their daily activities and sleep patterns to prevent a disruption to skill learning and to take advantage of their practices.}, keywords = {Computer Game,Deprivation,offline learning,retroactive interference,sleep}, title_fa = {تأثیر محرومیت از خواب و مداخلۀ پس‌گستر بر یادگیری ناپیوستۀ بازی شبیه‌سازی‏شدۀ تنیس}, abstract_fa = {  هدف پژوهش حاضر مطالعۀ تأثیر محرومیت از خواب و مداخلۀ پس‌گستر بر یادگیری ناپیوستۀ بازی شبیه‌سازی‏شدۀ تنیس بود. 50 نفر از دانشجویان دختر 19 تا 25 سالۀ دانشگاه سمنان با توجه به پرسشنامه‎های مرتبط با متغیرهای تحقیق به‌عنوان نمونه انتخاب و به پنج گروه خواب کامل، محرومیت از خواب، خواب و مداخلۀ پس‌گستر، محروم از خواب و مداخلۀ پس‌گستر و فاصلۀ کمتر از یک ساعت تقسیم شدند. برای سنجش یادگیری ناپیوسته از بازی شبیه‌سازی‏شدۀ تنیس که قوانین و شیوۀ امتیازدهی شبیه به بازی واقعی بود، استفاده شد. برای تحلیل استنباطی داده‎ها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و اندازه‌گیری‌های مکرر در سطح معناداری 05/0≥ P استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد تفاوت یادگیری ناپیوسته (001/0Sig=) و نمره‌های یادداری گروه‌های پژوهش (001/0Sig=) معنادار است. سطح اجرای روز بعد گروه‎های دارای فاصلۀ زمان استراحت کافی بین دو جلسه و استراحت کامل، نسبت به روز قبل بالاتر بود. کم‎خوابی و مداخلۀ پس‏گستر اثر معکوس داشتند. بنابراین افرادی که در حال یادگیری مهارت‌اند، باید بر الگوی خواب و فعالیت‌های روزانۀ خود نیز توجه داشته باشند تا یادگیری مهارت دچار اختلال نشود و از تمرین خود بهرۀ بیشتری ببرند.}, keywords_fa = {بازی رایانه‌ای,خواب,محرومیت‏,مداخلۀ‏پس‏گستر,یادگیری ‏ناپیوسته}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_61950.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_61950_2f7520ed02749a34dacea2b0c0a87b17.pdf} }
