The research design was semi-experimental with pretest-posttest and a control group. 30 qualified children (15 males and 15 females) were randomly selected from 4-6-year-old children of Isfahan city in 2015 by convenience sampling method and assigned to experimental and control groups. Data were collected by Gesell Motor Developmental Scale (1940) completed by parents in pretest, posttest and follow-up. Then, experimental group received ten 90-minute treatment sessions once a week in which children participated in play-based early intervention. Control group received no treatment. Follow-up was conducted 30 days later. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance with repeated measures. Results indicated a significant difference between experimental and control groups in psychomotor development. Moreover, intra-group differences, the interaction between two positions and changes in pretest, posttest and follow-up were significant in psychomotor development. Therefore, it can be concluded that play-based early interventions influence psychomotor development in children with autism spectrum disorder. Such interventions can be applied to improve and enhance these children’s skills.}, keywords = {Autism Spectrum Disorder,children,play-based early intervention,psychomotor development}, title_fa = {تأثیر مداخلة بهنگام بازی‌محور بر رشد روانی- حرکتی کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم}, abstract_fa = { این پژوهش با هدف بررسی تأثیر مداخلۀ بهنگام بازی‌محور بر رشد روانی- حرکتی کودکان 6-4 سالۀ دچار اختلال طیف اوتیسم انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش از نوع نیمه‌آزمایشی بود و از طرح پیش‌آزمون – پس‌آزمون و پیگیری با گروه کنترل استفاده شد. بدین منظور با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس، از میان کودکان 6 - 4سالة شهر اصفهان در سال 1394، تعداد 30 نفر (15 دختر و 15 پسر) که ملاک‌های ورود به پژوهش را دارا بودند، به‌صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند و در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل قرار گرفتند. ابزار جمع‌آوری داده، رشد حرکتی گزل (1940) بود که توسط والدین کودکان در مرحلة پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری تکمیل شد. سپس کودکان گروه آزمایش در 10 جلسة 90 دقیقه‌ای و هفته‌ای یک‌بار در بازی‌ها شرکت داده شدند.گروه کنترل این آموزش را دریافت نکردند؛ پیگیری پس از 30 روز صورت گرفت. به‌منظور تجزیه‌وتحلیل آماری داده‌ها از روش تحلیل واریانس بین‌گروهی با اندازه‌های تکراری استفاده شد. یافته‌های تحقیق نشان داد که تفاوت بین دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل در رشد روانی- حرکتی معنادار بود. همچنین تفاوت‌های درون‌گروهی و تعامل بین دو موقعیت و تغییر در مراحل پیش‌آزمون، پس‌آزمون و پیگیری در متغیر رشد روانی- حرکتی معنادار بود. بنابراین می‌توان نتیجه گرفت که مداخلات بهنگام بازی‌محور بر رشد روانی- حرکتی کودکان با اختلال طیف اوتیسم تأثیر دارد و از این مداخلات می‌توان برای کمک به افزایش و بهبود مهارت‌های این کودکان استفاده کرد.          }, keywords_fa = {Autism Spectrum Disorder,children,play-based early intervention,psychomotor development}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_62807.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_62807_71a5b0f051aaba4be9bd8b07f86182c5.pdf} }
