The statistical population included all athletes of team and individual sport fields in Tehran city in 2016. 251 male athletes with and without anabolic steroids consumption were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling method. Athletes had mean age (24 ± 6) years and exercise history (3 ± 1) years. Data were collected using competitive anxiety and perceived overtraining questionnaires. The findings were analyzed by multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) and independent t test and showed that athletes without the consumption of anabolic steroids had higher cognitive and physical anxiety than those athletes who consumed anabolic steroids, but there was no significant difference between the two groups in self-confidence. Also, given the perceived overtraining variable, the group who did not use anabolic steroids had a higher level of overtraining. The results indicated that one of the main reasons why athletes use anabolic steroids is their benefits which reduce the negative states and improve the mental and physical performance. That is why these steroids prevail among athletes every day.}, keywords = {Anabolic steroids,athletes,cognitive anxiety,Competitive Anxiety,overtraining,physical anxiety}, title_fa = {مقایسۀ اضطراب رقابتی و بیش‌تمرینی ادراک‌شده در ورزشکاران با و بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک}, abstract_fa = {هدف از پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ اضطراب رقابتی و بیش‌تمرینی ادراک‌شده در ورزشکاران با و بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک بود. جامعۀ آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی ورزشکاران رشته‌های تیمی و انفرادی شهر تهران در سال 1396 بود که به‌صورت نمونه‌گیری خوشه‌ای چندمرحله‌ای 251 مرد ورزشکار با و بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک انتخاب شدند. ورزشکاران دارای میانگین سنی 6 ± 24 سال و سابقۀ ورزشی 1 ± 3 سال بودند. داده‌ها از طریق پرسشنامه‌های اضطراب رقابتی و بیش‌تمرینی ادراک‌شده جمع‌آوری شد. یافته‌های پژوهش حاضر، به‌وسیلۀ تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و آزمون تی مستقل، نشان داد که ورزشکاران بدون مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک از اضطراب شناختی و اضطراب بدنی بالاتری نسبت به ورزشکاران مصرف‌کنندۀ این مواد برخوردارند، اما در اعتمادبه‌نفس میان دو گروه تفاوت معناداری وجود ندارد. همچنین در متغیر بیش‌تمرینی ادراک‌شده گروه بدون مصرف از بیش‌تمرینی بالاتری برخوردار بودند. نتایج حاکی از آن است که یکی از دلایلی اصلی مصرف استروییدهای آنابولیک در ورزشکاران، مزایای آن در کاهش حالات منفی و ارتقای عملکرد روانی و جسمانی است که شیوع آن را روزبه‌روز افزایش می‌دهد.}, keywords_fa = {استرویید‌های آنابولیک,اضطراب رقابتی,اضطراب شناختی,اضطراب بدنی,بیش‌تمرینی,ورزشکاران}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_70247.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_70247_6e021868e1e5b7950d37344cc85c3f61.pdf} }
