Therefore the aim of this research was to survey the relationship between Sport perfectionism and mental skills in Taekwondo Athletes. Present study research method was descriptive – correlational, Statistic population was included all of from Iranian Taekwondo athletes participated in country championship competition. Samples were 110 males with average age of (23/60 ± 5/84) selected based on random sampling, and completed the Scales of perfectionism and mental skills. The data was analyzed by Pearson correlation and multiple regression (inward method) tests. The results of Pearson correlation revealed that positive perfectionism was positively associated with mental skills of foundation, psychosomatic and cognition, and Negative perfectionism had the negative correlation with these mental skills (p < 0/01). Regression analysis showed that positive and negative perfectionism dimensions predict 40 percent of total mental skills variance (p < 0/05). According to the findings, it seems that dimensions of perfectionism have an important role in selecting mental skills and the level of skills which every Taekwondo Athletes uses is correlated with these dimensions.}, keywords = {cognitive skills,Taekwondo Athletes,Fundamental Skills,negative perfectionism,Psychosocial Skills}, title_fa = {ارتباط کمال‌گرایی و مهارت‌های ذهنی در تکواندوکاران}, abstract_fa = {تکواندوکاران در طول مبارزات، فشار زیادی را تجربه می‌کنند، زیرا آنها باید همزمان حمله و دفاع کنند، علاوه‌بر این، قبل از مسابقات، استرس تکواندوکار افزایش می‌یابد و وزن خود را سریع از دست می‌دهد، در این شرایط حفظ حالات مطلوب روان‌شناختی و موفقیت در تکواندو مستلزم مجموعۀ عوامل روان‌شناختی خاصی مانند کمال‌گرایی مثبت و مهارت‌های ذهنی است. ازاین‌رو هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی رابطۀ کمال‌گرایی ورزشی و مهارت‌های ذهنی در تکواندوکاران بود. طرح این پژوهش توصیفی-همبستگی و جامعۀ آماری آن کلیۀ تکواندوکاران ایرانی شرکت‌کننده در مسابقات قهرمانی کشور بودند. نمونة پژوهش 110 مرد با میانگین سنی 84/5 ± 60/23 سال بودند که با روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند و مقیاس‌های کمال‌گرایی و مهارت‌های ذهنی را تکمیل کردند. داده‌ها از طریق آزمون‌های آماری همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون چندگانه به روش همزمان تحلیل شد. تحلیل همبستگی داده‌ها نشان داد که کمال‌گرایی مثبت با مهارت‌های ذهنی پایه، روان‌تنی و شناختی همبستگی مثبتی دارد. این روابط در مورد کمال‌گرایی منفی معکوس بود (01/0>P). نتایج تحلیل رگرسیون نشان داد که این دو بعد کمال‌گرایی 40 درصد از واریانس مهارت‌های ذهنی کل را پیش‌بینی می‌کنند (05/0>P). براساس یافته‌های حاضر به‌نظر می‌رسد، ابعاد کمال‌گرایی نقش مهمی در انتخاب مهارت‌های ذهنی دارد و سطوح مهارت‌های ذهنی مورد استفادة تکواندوکاران، متناسب با این ابعاد است.}, keywords_fa = {cognitive skills,Taekwondo Athletes,Fundamental Skills,negative perfectionism,Psychosocial Skills}, url = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_75761.html}, eprint = {https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_75761_68ba2bac4f960730590415e4aa74b95a.pdf} }
