بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس انگیزۀ ورزشی (SMS-6) در جامعۀ دانشجویان
هدف از این پژوهش، بررسی روایی و پایایی نسخۀ فارسی مقیاس انگیزۀ ورزشی-6 بود. این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و همبستگی بود و جامعۀ آماری آن تمامی دانشجویان دانشگاه تهران بودند که 241 نفر (132 مرد و 109 زن) با دامنۀ سنی 18 تا 30 سال ابزار موردنظر را تکمیل کردند. ابزار اندازهگیری مقیاس انگیزۀ ورزشی-6 بود که داری شش خردهمقیاس و 24 گویة هفتلیکرتی است. بهمنظور محاسبة ثبات از روش آزمون-بازآزمون و برای تعیین همسانی درونی از آلفای کرونباخ، برای تعیین روایی سازه از تحلیل عامل تأییدی و اکتشافی و برای تعیین روایی همزمان از آزمون همبستگی پیرسون استفاده شد. نتایج تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها نشان داد مقیاس انگیزۀ ورزشی-6 از روایی و پایایی قابل قبولی برخوردار است و در نتیجه برای ارزیابی سازة انگیزۀ ورزشی میتوان از آن بهره برد.

دشواری پیشبینی ضربات پای چپ حریف در برابر پای راست در تکواندو
هدف این پژوهش بررسی قدرت پیشبینی تکواندوکاران در زمان رویارویی با ضربات پای راست و چپ بود. بدینمنظور، برای تکواندوکاران برتر (تعداد= 40؛ سن = 12/5± 93/20 سال، سابقة مبارزة کیوروگی در تکواندو = 49/4 ± 58/7 سال) شبیهسازیهای ویدئویی کاملاً همسانی از ضربات پای چپ و راست نمایش داده شد. پخش این ویدئوها در چند نقطة مختلف-از آغاز تا تکمیل ضربات- متوقف شد. از شرکتکنندگان خواسته شد نوع ضربه (حملههایی با پای جلو و پشت بهسوی سر یا تنه) را پیشبینی کنند. نتایج نشان داد پیشبینی ضربههای پای راست به میزان معناداری دقیقتر از ضربات پای چپ بوده است. آشکارترین زمان برای مشاهدة اثر برتری پا هنگامی بود که فیلم ضربات 120 هزارمثانیه پیش از تکمیل ضربات متوقف شده بود. بنابراین، بهنظر میرسد برتری پای حریف بر پیشبینی بینایی نوع عمل اثرگذار بوده است. درصد پیشبینیهای درست بیانگر این است که شاید تکواندوکارهای کیورگی هنگامیکه با ضربات پای چپ روبهرو شدهاند، یک راهبرد جستوجوی بینایی بهینه اتخاذ نکردهاند و این وضعیت سبب شده است بیشتر موارد در شناسایی نشانههای سینماتیکی معتبر و مربوط به حرکت، پیش از تکمیل ضربات پای چپ (نزدیک 120 هزارمثانیه یا بیشتر پیش از پایان ضربه) ناتوان باشند. بهنظر میرسد ضعف توانایی بازشناسی نوع ضربات پای چپ در برابر پای راست حریف به آشنایی کمتر مشاهدهگر با حرکات چپ برترها مربوط باشد.

تأثیر تحریک جریان مستقیم جمجمهای بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب منطقهای در بسکتبالیستهای ماهر
استفاده از تحریک جریان مستقیم جمجمهای (tDCS) برای بهبود حالات خلقی، یادگیری دروس، بازتوانی همواره سالها مورد توجه بوده و آزمایش کاربرد آن در اجرای مهارتهای واقعی ورزشی در مرحلۀ ابتدایی است. در این مطالعه تأثیر tDCS آندی بر اجرای مهارت پرتاب منطقهای در بسکتبالیستهای ماهر بررسی شد. این پژوهش از نوع نیمهتجربی است و با طرح تکرار سنجش با دو گروه کنترل و شم انجام گرفت. 26 بازیکن بسکتبالیست مرد ماهر بهطور تصادفی در دو گروه تجربی و شم قرار گرفتند و به مدت 3 جلسه در 3 روز متوالی تحت مداخلۀ tDCS قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان الگوی نورانی مهارت پرتاب منطقهای بسکتبال مربوط به دو بازیکن نخبه را مشاهده کردند. بعد از آن، شرکتکنندگان گروه تجربی به مدت 20 دقیقه tDCS با شدت یک و نیم میلیآمپر در محل قشر پیشحرکتی دریافت کردند، درحالیکه برای گروه شم تحریک ساختگی ایجاد شد. پس از مداخله، شرکتکنندگان هر دو گروه به اجرای مهارت پرتاب منطقهای پرداختند. پسآزمون و پیگیری بهترتیب یک و هفت روز پس از مداخله اخذ شد. از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط دوعاملی، t مستقل و t همبسته برای تحلیل دادهها استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان داد که tDCS تفاوتی در اجرای مهارت بین دو گروه در مرحلۀ مداخله ایجاد نکرد، ولی در مرحلۀ آزمون موجب بهبود چشمگیر مهارت در گروه تجربی در برابر گروه شم شد. یافتهها نشان میدهد که tDCS این پتانسیل را دارد که بهعنوان مداخلۀ مفید برای بهبود اجرای مهارت پرتاب منطقهای در بسکتبال مورد توجه قرار گیرد.

تأثیر شدت بار تکلیف ثانویه و دستورالعملهای کانون توجه بر کنترل خیرگی و دقت پرتاب دارت
در تحقیقات زیادی تأثیرکانون توجه و چشم ساکن بر عملکرد حرکتی بررسی شده است، با وجود این تأثیر این دو در شدتهای مختلف بار تکلیف مبهم است؛ بنابراین هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تأثیر دستورالعملهای توجه درونی و بیرونی بر چشم ساکن و دقت پرتاب دارت در دو شدت تکلیف ثانویه بود. شرکتکنندگان 20 فرد مبتدی در پرتاب دارت بودند که به روش در دسترس انتخاب شدند و در چهار شرایط تکالیف دوگانه شامل توجه درونی- بدون برآورد تن صدا، توجه بیرونی- بدون برآورد تن صدا، توجه درونی- با برآورد تن صدا و توجه بیرونی- با برآورد تن صدا بهصورت کانتربالانس مهارت پرتاب دارت را انجام دادند که بهطور همزمان اطلاعات خیرگی آنها نیز بهوسیلۀ دستگاه ردیاب بینایی دوچشمی ثبت شد. نتایج دقت نشان داد که شرکتکنندگان در شرایط توجه بیرونی نسبت به توجه درونی و در شرایط شدت بار تکلیف ثانویۀ پایین نسبت به بالا خطای شعاعی کمتری داشتند. همچنین نتایج چشم ساکن نشان داد تنها اثر اصلی تکلیف ثانویه معنادار بود که شرکتکنندگان در شرایط بار تکلیف ثانویه بالا نسبت به پایین مدت زمان چشم ساکن بیشتری داشتند. این نتایج اهمیت کانون توجه بیرونی را در شرایط بار تکلیف ثانویۀ بالا و پایین برای عملکرد پرتاب دارت برجسته و تحقیقات آینده را بهمنظور بررسی عمیقتر نقش تأثیرات چشم ساکن و کانون توجه در عملکرد پرتاب دارت جهتدهی میکند.

تاثیر یک دوره برنامه تمرین تعادلی تحت شرایط تکلیف دوگانه بر حافظه کاری کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی
هدف این پژوهش، بررسی تأثیر یک دوره برنامة تمرین تعادلی منتخب در شرایط تکلیف دوگانه و منفرد بر حافظة کاری کودکان با اختلال هماهنگی رشدی بود. روش پژوهش، نیمهتجربی و از نوع طرح پیشآزمون- پسآزمون- پیگری با گروه کنترل بود. بدینمنظور 39 دانشآموز پسر مبتلا به اختلال هماهنگی رشدی به روش نمونهگیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و بهصورت تصادفی به 3 گروه 13 نفرة تمرین در شرایط دوگانه، تمرین در شرایط منفرد و کنترل تقسیم شدند. دو گروه تجربی به مدت 8 هفته تحت مداخلة تمرینات منتخب تعادلی در دو شرایط مختلف دوگانه و منفرد قرار گرفتند. شرکتکنندگان در سه مرحلة پیشآزمون، پسآزمون و آزمون پیگری (دو ماه بعد از پسآزمون) با استفاده از آزمون بلوکهای تپندة کورسی ارزیابی شدند. تحلیل دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کوواریانس با اندازهگیری مکرر و همچنین تحلیل کوواریانس یکراهه نشان داد که در پسآزمون، حافظة کاری در گروه تکلیف دوگانه برتر از هر دو گروه تکلیف منفرد و کنترل بود (05/0p <). همچنین تفاوت معناداری از پیشآزمون تا پسآزمون در همة گروههای آزمایشی جز گروه تکلیف منفرد در شاخص گستردة بلوک و گروه کنترل مشاهده شد. در آزمون پیگری، این برتری تنها در شاخص نمرة کلی و کل کوششهای صحیح مشاهده شد. همچنین، گروه تکلیف منفرد در پسآزمون از گروه کنترل برتر بود (05/0p <). بهدلیل اهمیت کارکردهای اجرایی، استفاده از این برنامة تمرینی منتخب بهمنظور بهبود حافظة کاری میتواند ابزار مفیدی برای این گروه از کودکان باشد.

تأثیر فعالیتهای بدنی منتخب با سطوح مختلف تداخل شناختی-حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی کودکان
ورزش و فعالیت جسمانی تأثیرات مثبتی بر عملکردهای جسمی و روانی دارند، اما نیاز است تأثیر آنها بر عملکردهای شناختی با جزئیات بیشتری توضیح داده شود. این پژوهش به بررسی تأثیر فعالیتهای بدنی منتخب با سطوح مختلف تداخل شناختی-حرکتی بر کارکردهای اجرایی 76 دختر 12-10 سالۀ شهرستان بم، با میانگین و انحراف استاندارد شاخص تودۀ بدن 5/1±73/18 و میانگین هوش 1/9±5/109 میپردازد که براساس نمرۀ بهدستآمده در پیشآزمون، بهصورت تصادفی در چهار گروه (شناختی بالا- حرکتی بالا، شناختی پایین- حرکتی بالا، شناختی بالا- حرکتی پایین و شناختی پایین - حرکتی پایین)، قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد که تمرینات شناختی بالا-حرکتی بالا بر مؤلفۀ توجه و حافظۀ کاری کارکردهای اجرایی دختران 12-10 ساله تأثیر معناداری دارد (05/0≥P). همچنین تمرینات شناختی پایین -حرکتی بالا بر مؤلفههای توجه، بازداری تأثیر معناداری دارد (05/0≥p). بین چهار گروه آزمودنیها در مؤلفۀ توجه تفاوت معناداری مشاهده شد (001/0 P= و 257/4=(4،71)F). ولی در مؤلفۀ حافظۀ کاری و بازداری تفاوت معناداری دیده نشد(373/0 = P و 057/1=(4،71)F). با استناد به نتایج این پژوهش، تمرینات شناختی -حرکتی در قالب فعالیتهای بدنی بر مؤلفههای توجه و حافظۀ کاری و بازداری بهعنوان سه مؤلفه از کارکردهای اجرایی بر دختران 10 تا 12 تأثیر معنادار دارد، بنابراین، با جایگزین کردن و طراحی تمرینات شناختی –حرکتی بهجای فعالیتهای سنتی کلاس تربیت بدنی میتوان بهبود کارکردهای اجرایی را در دختران 10 تا 12 ساله فراهم کرد.

اثر نوع دستورالعمل توجه، بازخورد و خودمختاری بر یادگیری حرکتی کودکان
استفاده از دستورالعملهای توجه، از متغیرهای مهم در روند یادگیری مهارت حرکتی است. هدف از این مطالعه، بررسی اثر نوع دستورالعملهای توجه، بازخورد و خودمختاری در یادگیری حرکتی کودکان بود. بدینمنظور از 36 کودک (میانگین سنی 45/0 ± 05/7 سال) خواسته شد که با دست غالب خود، تکلیف بولینگ را انجام دهند. آنها به 3 گروه (توجه بیرونی، توجه درونی و کنترل) تقسیم شدند. شرکتکنندگان در مرحلة اکتساب، براساس بازخورد و شرایط انتخاب (خودمختاری)، تکلیف خود را در 4 حالت به شکل موازنة متقابل انجام دادند. 24 ساعت بعد از مرحلة اکتساب در هریک از حالات (1. بدون دریافت بازخورد و بدون داشتن شرایط خودمختاری، 2. دادن بازخورد، 3. داشتن خودمختاری، 4. دادن بازخورد و داشتن خودمختاری)، آزمون یادداری انجام گرفت. دادهها با استفاده از آزمونهای واریانس و کوواریانس تجزیهوتحلیل شد. نتایج آزمونها نشان داد نوع تمرکز توجه بدون دادن بازخورد و خودمختاری از دقت بیشتری در بولینگ برخوردار بود، بهطوریکه گروه توجه بیرونی در حالت بدون داشتن شرایط خودمختاری نتایج بهتری را کسب کردند. همچنین گروه توجه بیرونی در حالت خودمختاری، یادگیری بهتری نسبت به سایر شرایط داشتند. مطالعة حاضر، تأثیر مفید نوع دستورالعمل توجه، بازخورد و خودمختاری در یادگیری حرکتی کودکان را نشان نداد.

هدف پژوهش حاضر بررسی تأثیر 8 هفته تمرین با آینه بر تعادل بیماران سکتة مغزی تحت حاد بود. جامعة آماری پژوهش تمامی بیماران سکتة مغزی تحت حاد مراجعهکننده به کلینیک تخصصی سکتة مغزی تبسم تهران بود. نمونه شامل30 بیمار تحت حاد دارای شرایط ورود به پژوهش بودند که با رضایت و داوطلبانه در پژوهش شرکت کردند. آزمودنیها بهطور تصادفی ساده به دو گروه تقسیم شدند. گروه تجربی تحت حاد شامل 10 آزمودنی با میانگین سن 4 ±40/55 سال و وزن 5/11 ± 39/68 کیلوگرم و گروه کنترل تحت حاد دارای 12 آزمودنی با میانگین سن 4/7 ± 92/54 سال و وزن 8/9 ± 50/70 کیلوگرم بود. هر دو گروه در پیشآزمون، میانآزمون که پس از 4 هفته و پسآزمون مقیاس تعادل برگ که پس از 8 هفته برگزار شد، شرکت کردند. برنامة تمرین دو گروه مشابه و شامل 8هفته هر هفته 2 جلسه و هر جلسه 90 دقیقه شامل60 دقیقه تمرین معمول توانبخشی و 30 دقیقه تمرین با آینه در گروه تجربی و بدون استفاده از آینه در گروه کنترل بود. دادهها با استفاده از آزمون تحلیل واریانس مختلط و با نرمافزار spss23 تحلیل شد. نتایج نشان داد هر سه عامل تعادل (001/0=P)، گروه (001/0=P) و اثر تعاملی تعادل و گروه (008/0=P) اثر معناداری داشت. تعادل در هر سه مرحلة پیشآزمون، میانآزمون و پسآزمون تفاوت معناداری داشت (001/0=P). اثر تعاملی تعادل و گروه در هر دو گروه تجربی و کنترل بین سه مرحلة آزمون تفاوت معناداری داشت (001/0=P). در مجموع تمرین با آینه، تعادل بیماران گروه تجربی تحتحاد سکتة مغزی را در مقایسه با گروه کنترل بهطور مؤثری بهبود بخشید. بنابراین تمرین با آینه بهعنوان راهکاری ساده، کمهزینه و مؤثر در عملکرد اندام پایینتنه و بهبود تعادل این بیماران توصیه میشود.
