Ten days after the last session of training, the groups were evaluated in normal and specific visual conditions. According to the results, both groups improved the accuracy of the throws in the training phase. In the normal visual condition test, the accuracy of the free throws of experimental group was significantly lower than the control group. Thus, the advantage of training in specific visual condition was not verified. The experimental group had an advantage only when the test was carried out in the specific visual condition. In conclusion, a specific training condition will improve learning of sport skills (e.g. the basketball free throws) only if similar sensory-motor and processing conditions govern the training and the test.</em> هدف این پژوهش، یافتن پاسخ این سؤال بود که آیا تمرین در شرایط بینایی ویژه مزیتی برای یادگیری دقت اجرای مهارت پرتاب آزاد بسکتبال ایجاد می کند یا نه؟ شرکت کنندگان 28 پسر نوجوان داوطلب با میانگین سن 75/0± 14/17 سال بودند که در دو گروه : با نور معمولی (گروه کنترل) و شرایط روشنایی ویژة متمرکز روی حلقة بسکتبال (گروه تجربی) به مدت 15 جلسه تمرین کردند. ده روز پس از آخرین جلسة تمرین، گروه ها در شرایط بینایی معمولی و ویژه ارزیابی شدند. براساس نتایج، در مرحلة تمرین بهبود دقت پرتاب های هر دو گروه مشابه بود. در آزمون با شرایط بینایی معمولی، دقت پرتاب های آزاد گروه تجربی به مقدار معناداری کمتر از گروه کنترل بود. بنابراین مزیت تمرین در شرایط بینایی ویژه تایید نشد. براساس نتایج، تنها وقتی آزمون در شرایط بینایی ویژه انجام گرفت برتری با گروه تجربی بود. در مجموع نتایج نشان داد که تنها وقتی می توان انتظار داشت یک وضعیت تمرینی خاص موجب یادگیری بهتر مهارت های ورزشی (مانند پرتاب آزاد  بسکتبال)  شود که شرایط حسی – حرکتی و پردازشی مشابه بر تمرین و آزمون حاکم باشد. https://jsmdl.ut.ac.ir/article_35002_cb4a1f09107ebf31edbfa8ddfae483d9.pdf
