The present study investigated the prediction of the effect and contribution of developmental and skills factors related to talent identification before football education on 10-12-year-old adolescents’ skill performance after 8 educational sessions. The statistical population inclued all certified football schools in Isfshan city and finally 16 schools cooperated with the researcher. The sample included 171 male adolescents (mean±SD: age 11.01±0.79 year, height 141±7.8 cm, weight 34.03 ±7.5 kg) and 4 subjects were selected from each age group of each football school by simple random sampling method. The participants' skill performance including running with the ball, turning with the ball, dribbling and speed of running were assessed by football talent identification tests derived from the Football Association of England before and after 8 sessions of football education. Reliability of these tests were 90% and their validity was 85%. Descriptive statistics and multivariate stepwise regression analysis were used in this study. Data analysis revealed 4 models to predict adolescents’ skill performance after 8 sessions of football education according to the pretests. Finally, the perfect model predicted 59.4% of variability of the critria.

The aim of this study was to evaluate the effectiveness of "FOOTBALISTHA" animation to attract children to football. Animation, as a tool for multimedia education, can show longitudinal changes of events such as move, process and procedures and it can affect children’s absorption. The population of the study consisted of all male primary school students (fourth to sixth grade) in Amol city (N=15000). 500 students were selected by cluster random sampling method. A researcher-made questionnaire was used for data collection. The face validity was confirmed by professors and construct validity and reliability (0.91) were assessed as suitable. Descriptive statistics, confirmatory factor analysis, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, binominal and Friedman tests were used with SPSS22 and Amos18. The findings showed that "FOOTBALISTHA" animation was effective in children’ attention to football, their interest in football and their tendency to football and finally playing football. So "FOOTBALISTHA" animation had sufficient effectiveness in changing children's sport behavior and the findings of this study were consistent with AIDA model.

Decision making plays an important role in sport activities and is directly associated with sporting success or failure. On the other hand, one of the key issues in psychology of sports and behavioral sciences is sport orientation. The aim of this study was to investigate the relationship of action and state orientation with decision making behavior of expert female football players. 27 players who attended competitions for at least 8 years participated in the present study. Action Control Scale (ACS-90) was used to specify action or state orientation of players. Then, to evaluate the performance of decision making of players, the images of real football situations were used. The players were required to respond correctly to one of the existing options (shooting, dribbling, passing). K-S test was applied to examine normal data distribution and multiple regression and Pearson correlation coefficient were used to analyze data at significance level of 0.05. Results showed a significance correlation between action orientation and accuracy and decision making behavior of action players (P<0.05); however, this correlation was not significant between action orientation and speed of decision making (P>0.05). Moreover, results indicated no significant relationships between state orientation and variables (accuracy, speed and decision making behavior) of state players (P>0.05). Finally, it can be inferred that action orientation in expert players has a correlation with accuracy in decision making and risk taking choices and it can facilitate reaching their goals.
