چکیده

هدف تحقیق حاضر، بررسی اولویت­های انگیزشی شرکت در رشتة ورزشی کشتی در میان کشتی­گیران شهر کرمانشاه بود. جامعة آماری تحقیق حاضر شامل 4612 کشتی­گیر بیمه شدة شهر کرمانشاه ( در دو رشتة آزاد و فرنگی)بود و نمونة آماری در سه ردة سنی نوجوانان (99 نفر)، جوانان ( 56 نفر) و بزرگسالان (87نفر) به­صورت نمونه­گیری تصادفی انتخاب شدند. به­منظور گردآوری اطلاعات از دو پرسشنامة مشخصات فردی و پرسشنامة انگیزة مشارکت گیل استفاده شد. در پایان جلسة تمرینی، پرسشنامه توسط شرکت­کنندگان تکمیل شد. برای تجزیه­و­تحلیل داده­ها از روش آماری فریدمن و تحلیل واریانس یکطرفه و نسخة 13 نرم­افزار SPSS در سطح معنی داری 05/0 استفاده شد. کسب موفقیت و پیروزی با رتبه­بندی44/7، تخلیة انرژی با رتبه بندی 15/6 و بودن با دوستان با رتبه­بندی 57/4 اولویت­های انگیزشی برتر در شرکت­کنندگان بودند. مقایسة انگیزة شرکت­کنندگان براساس ردة سنی تفاوت معناداری را بین گروه­های سنی مختلف نشان نداد(05/0p>). نتایج تحقیق حاضر نشان داد که عامل اصلی گرایش شرکت­کنندگان در تمرینات کشتی در شهر کرمانشاه، کسب موفقیت و پیروزی است و تفاوت معناداری بین گروه­های سنی مختلف در زمینة عوامل انگیزشی مشاهده نشد، و نیز گروه­های با سوابق مشارکت مختلف در رشتة کشتی در زمینه عوامل انگیزشی تفاوت معناداری را نشان ندادند.

چکیده [English]

The aim of this study was to determine motivational priorities of participation
in wrestling among wrestlers (Greco-Roman and freestyle) in Kermanshah city.
The statistical population consisted of 4612 wrestlers of Kermanshah city. 242
wrestlers in different age groups (99 adolescents, 56 juniors and 87 seniors) were
selected as a sample with random sampling method. Personal information
questionnaire and Gale participation motivation questionnaire were used to collect
data and at the end of the training session, the questionnaires were completed.
Friedman test, one-way analysis of variance and SPSS software version 13 were
used to analyze data at significance level of 0.05. Gaining success (7.44 ranking),
energy depletion (6.15 ranking) and meeting friends (4.57 ranking) were the first
priorities to participate in wrestling. There was no significant difference in
motivation of participation among different age groups (P>0.05). Results indicated
that gaining success was the main factor of participation in wrestling in
Kermanshah and there was no significant difference in the priority of motivational
factors among different age groups and those groups with various wrestling
participation records.
