چکیده

هدف پژوهش حاضر مقایسۀ اثر بازی‌های بومی محلی و حیاط پویا بر کارکرد شناختی، سواد بدنی و پیشرفت تحصیلی کودکان 8 تا 12 ساله بود. آزمودنی‌ها 60 دانش‌آموز دبستانی پسر با میانگین و انحراف معیار سنی 43/2 ± 32/10 سال بودند. اجرای این پژوهش شامل چهار مرحلة پیش‌آزمون و تمرینات به دو شیوۀ بازی‌های بومی-محلی و حیاط پویا، پس‌آزمون و آزمون پیگیری بود. متغیرهای وابسته شامل کارکرد شناختی، سواد بدنی و پیشرفت تحصیلی بود که بهترتیب از ابزارهای تکلیف معکوس، سواد بدنی کانادا، پرسشنامۀ خودکارامدی تحصیلی برای ارزیابی آنها استفاده شد. بازی‌های بومی-محلی شامل آموزش براساس دوازده بازی بومی-محلی بود که بیشتر بر حرکت و تعامل بین فردی تکیه داشتند. علاوه‌بر این، گروه کنترل تمرینات حیاط پویا را که شامل برخی از حرکات از پیش تعیین‌شده بود، انجام دادند. پس از اطمینان از توزیع طبیعی داده‌ها، توسط آزمون شاپیرو-ویلک، از آمار توصیفی و روش‌های آماری آزمون تحلیل واریانس مرکب 3*2 و آزمون تعقیبی بنفرونی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد مقادیر کارکرد شناختی برای گروه تمرینات بازی‌های بومی محلی به نسبت گروه کنترل بیشتر بود (001/0; P=49/14F=). در ضمن سواد بدنی گروه بازی‌های بومی محلی افزایش بیشتری نسبت به گروه کنترل داشت (001/0; P=53/70F=). علاوه‌بر این، امتیازات پیشرفت تحصیلی برای گروه بازی‌های بومی محلی و کنترل در مرحلة پس‌آزمون به نسبت پیش‌آزمون افزایش یافته بود (01/0; P=44/34F=)، اما این افزایش در گروه بازی‌های بومی محلی بیشتر بود (03/0; P=17/2t=). نتایج پژوهش حاضر، بازی‌های بومی محلی را به‌عنوان مدلی بهتر در مقایسه با مدل حیاط پویا، برای بهبود کارکرد شناختی، سواد بدنی و پیشرفت تحصیلی کودکان، پیشنهاد می­کند.

Effects of Local Indigenous Games on Cognitive Function, Physical Literacy and Academic Achievement Among Children 8 to 12 Years Old

The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of local indigenous games on cognitive function, physical literacy, and academic achievement of children 8 to 12 years old. The participants were 60 male elementary school students with an average age of 10.32. The research was conducted in four phases, include Pre-test,, Training phase in local indigenous games and dynamic courtyard,, Posttest, and Follow-up. The local indigenous games training consisted of twelve traditional-indigenous games that relied highly on physical activity and interpersonal interactions skills. In addition, the control group performed dynamic courtyard training that included some predetermined activity in school. The descriptive statistics and statistical procedures of Mixed ANOVA 2*3 and Bonferroni post-hoc were utilized to analyze data. Results were indicated that the amount of cognitive function for the local indigenous games group was higher than the control group. In addition, the physical literacy of the local indigenous games group was increased more than the control group. Moreover, academic achievement points for the local indigenous games group and the control group in the pre-test to post-test were enhanced, but this increase was higher in the local indigenous games group. The results of this study, were suggested that local indigenous games as a better model compared to the dynamic courtyard model for improving cognitive function, physical literacy, and academic achievement among children 8 to 12 years old.
